Terms of Use:

You are not allowed to upload pictures and create 3D illustrations that show any illegal content. You are not allowed to upload content that is unlawful, pornographic, harmful, threatening, abusive, vulgar, harassing, defamatory, obscene, indecent, inflammatory, libelous, tortious, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, or invasive of another's rights.

You are not allowed to upload other files than JPG format. The maximum size of a file is 2MB. The upload cancels if this size exceeds.

(1) You assure that you use only such pictorial material for the processing with this software, for that you are the copyright holder (or for that you have the written permission of the copyright holder) and that you will not violate existing copyright laws or other rights of third parties.
(2) The use of pictorial material, that was obtained illegal or that is based on an obviously illegal obtained source is strictly prohibited. It is also strictly prohibited to use pictorial material that is obtained by avoiding technical protective measures.
(3) You oblige to enquire about possible existing copyrights on the pictorial material you are using with this software and in doubt you oblige not to use this software.
(4a) You take the sole responsibility for the use of this software, particularly for the used pictorial material. It is forbidden to use this software to unlawfully copy or distribute copyright protected material. A contravention is pursued civilian and criminally.
(4b) Before you publish or utilize the 3D illustrations generated by this software you oblige to obtain the approval of the originator or other copyright holders of the used pictorial material to publish or utilize it. By request of the operator of this software you have to provide the evidence.
(5) If you violate one of the preceded obligations you will release the operator of this software from all claims of third parties and you will compensate all damages inclusive legal charges.
